User Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Free2Work that set the rules for your interactions with Free2Work App.
Free2Work is an app for women, men and management in workplaces and provide information about Menstrual Hygiene Management in creative and positive ways. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using the Free2Work app, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions contained below. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Free2Work app.
These Terms of Use are subject to change, so please make sure you check out the Free2Work on the app from time to time. The date of the most recent revisions will appear at the bottom of this page. If you continue to use the Free2Work app, this means that you accept any changes to our revisions of these Terms of Use.
Account Creation and security
In order to access the educational content on the Free2Work app, you will need to register on the Free2Work app and create an account.
During account creation, we ask you to create a username, indicate your gender and location and your place of work. Once you create an account, you will create a password. If you forget your password, you will be prompted to forget password, and code sent to your phone.

Rules of Usage
Free2Work is an app that is open to and welcomes people from around the world. Due to diversity of our users, Free2Work aims to create an environment where all men and women feels comfortable, no matter their nationality, gender, cultural background, religion, sexual orientation or political conviction. Free2Work core values are positivity, openness, respect, inclusiveness, dialogue, collaboration and constructiveness.
Content
Free2Work provides information on Menstrual Hygiene Management. The service is provided for free for personal and private use. Everything on Free2Work is for you and your peers but not for commercial use. Please do not use Free2Work for contraceptives or medical purposes. In case of any individual health issues, consult a medical professional. Free2Work is not intended to replace contraceptives measures or medical advice; it is only intended to provide information. By using the Free2Work app you agree to use it for the intended purpose only and particularly not for contraception and/ or medical purposes.
Except for any user-generated content, Free2Work owns and retains all rights in and to the Free2Work, the design, functionality, and architecture of the Free2Work, and any software, support materials or content provided through this site (collectively the “Free2Work”). Except for any rights explicitly granted under these Terms of Use, you are not granted under any rights in and to any Free2Work IP. If you want to use Free2Work IP in a way that is not allowed by these Terms of Use, you must first contact Huru International and get permission.
Unless we say otherwise, all the materials provided by Free2Work requires you to attribute any material you use to the original author. When you use any of Free2Work materials, please use the following attribution: “Free2Work is developed by Huru International.”
Please note that Free2Work may contain images and videos that are trademarked by third parties. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or reduces a third party’s intellectual property right. You are solely responsible for any violation of third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your misuse of these materials.
Free2Work and Huru International names and logos, are exclusive property of Huru International. Unauthorized use is prohibited. They may not be copied or reproduced in a way without the prior written permission of Huru International. Requests for permission should be sent to us at info@huruinternational.org.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Huru International amends these terms from time to time. Evert time you wish to use Free2Work, please check terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

When you enter information into Free2Work (Period Tracker), Free2Work uses technology to tun that data into helpful information that can help you learn more about your menstrual cycle patterns to enable you to take control of your body and your health.
Free2Work has been designed to minimize use of your personal data. Described below are the sources and types of data we collect and process as well as information on how we process such data.
Login Information
In order to access the educational content and use the period tracker on the app/ USSD, you need to create a login. During the login creation, we ask you for user name, phone number, age, place of work, gender and location. We request this information from you to understand if we are reaching the right audiences; all of this data is aggregated and anonymized.
Engagement Data
When you use the Free2Work App/ USSD, we and our third-party service providers process engagement data about how you are interacting with the Free2Work App/ USSD. The engagement is anonymized, meaning it does not identify you as an individual.
We collect this information for project reporting and to understand your usage of the educational content. The information is also used to communicate with you for period tracking.
Health and Menstruation Data
Your information about menstruation that you enter, such as dates of your past and current periods, is collected and used to predict your future period data.
Aggregate data
We may aggregate information collected through Free2Work for statistical analysis and other lawful purpose, including report writing or research to improve our understanding of user’s use of technology and digital tools. The results of the research may be shared with third parties for example our partners.
If we do this, all data will be aggregated and anonymous.
Legal
We may use your information to enforce our Terms of use, to defend our legal rights, and to comply with our legal obligations and internal policies.
We use many reasonable measures- physical and electronic- to prevent unauthorizes access and disclosure of your data. The security of our servers is regularly checked by experts to ensure your data is protected from unauthorized access.
The following data is stored in our servers; your username, gender, location and workplace. However, we have put a system I place so that no-one can identify any one user from this stored data.

How long does Free2Work keep your data?
We will only use and store information for so long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for, and as specified in Huru International retention policy. We use your data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically and reasonably feasible to remove it.
We also retain the right to store your data with parties outside of Huru International such as with the servers or databases of a third-party organisation’s.

If you have registered an account with us, you can access most information associated with your account by logging in and using the account setting page.
Notifications of changes to the Privacy Policy
We review our security measures and our Privacy Policy, and we may modify our policies as we deem appropriate. If we make changes to our privacy practices, we will post a notification to the Free2Work app alerting you that the Privacy Policy has been amended.
Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting them to the Free2Work. For this reason, we encourage you to check our Privacy Policy frequently. The ‘Last Updated’ date at the bottom of this page was last revised.
Your continued use of the Free2Work App & USSD following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
